      Why bother with expensive machines? Just outlaw new vaccines, make it difficult for the common people to access modern medicine,and get them to believe in magic cures and faith healing.

        Because outlawing vaccines can’t bring you a mojito by the pool? Also, while that’s a bold plan to eradicate the poors, all of human history up until vaccines were created suggests it might not work.
