Old people are dying
I’m so old I remember when Facebork was just for young people.
They probably went to other social media platforms. Not really a win.
That depends on the platform. There are things I want from social media in my life. Facebook isn’t giving me that anymore so I mostly left. I still miss the gap in my life from not knowing what my old/distant friends and family are doing (closer friends/family I call)
Not enough.
Seriously, how are there still so many people on meta? What percentage are bots is the real question 🤷♂️
Every one one of my friends and family use it daily.
And a huuuuuge sell is marketplace. Literally no one touches Craigslist anymore. So if you wanna buy used from people, you literally need marketplace.

Amazing isnt it. The corporations have won. Us old fogies are deemed crazy and will be gone soon and the younguns will have no idea what they took from us.
Its up to parents to teach their children to rage and be angered at what they’ve lost. And to get it back.

these companies have like 100 year plans - they know even if everyone hates what they do today, those people will die off and the new generation won’t know any better, since they have been seeped in it.
