  • What’s so disturbing to me is that all the conspiracy theory nutballs I’ve known, the ones who…

    • are hardcore preppers who said the economy was due to collapse into a post-apocalyptic dystopia anytime a Dem is in the white house

    • kept talking about the FEMA death camps at former railway hubs with barbed wire fences pointing inwards

    • think black helicopters are running urban pacification drills in cities

    • keep being up giant fields being leased by the govt to store nothing but thousands of plastic coffins

    • never shut up about “jackboot” “police states” during the entirety of Obama and Biden terms

They were all either hardcore right-wingers or simple “never trust the govt” types who suddenly started wearing maga hats

  • Most of the people I’ve ever encountered who were hardcore DEI=Didint Earn It

…either got their job at a family-run business, via friends who gifted them a job they were under qualified for, or legitimately banged their way in and up.

It’s like when NIL was established for college football, and the $EC started bitching about schools “buying” their rosters… despite it being an open, poorly kept secret their boosters have been buying players for them for decades

  • I do believe they honestly tried, but the damage done was not something which could easily be solved in a weekend. I even said in arguments that most of his first term would be trying to repair the US’s reputation on the world stage which he did make strides at. But as for passing anything, Moscow mitch even openly said that they’d fight against everything they could just to make Biden look like he wasn’t capable of new laws or policy.

The first things Biden had on his plate when he took office were dealing with COVID to get the country and economy running again, fallout from the January 6th insurrection, and the time bomb of the military withdraw from Afghanistan.
