If you really want to understand, I will explain everything and show you how deeply wrong you are. However I will not spend time explaining, if you will then still continue with this “I am used to this system so everyone else must be wrong.” approach.

I feel if the disagreement would be encouraged, you would let commics posted, and let us to downvote or upvote if we want to see some artist or commic…

By giving a rule, you are the one who decides what the line is. There is very little room for disagrrement since your opinion will be the one that is to be enforced.
